1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together marinade mix, oil, water and vinegar; reserve 2 tablespoons for basting.
3. Place steaks in a large resealable plastic bag and pour remaining marinade over top; seal and refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes. Wash hands after handling raw meat.
4. Coat grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium heat. Add steaks and grill for 8 minutes; discard used marinade. Flip and continue to grill for 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit as verified on an instant-read thermometer. Remove from grill and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
