- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse fresh produce.
- Pour kosher salt on a plate. Rub rims of 2 highball glasses with grapefruit wedges; dip rims of glasses in salt. Fill glasses with ice.
- In a serving pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in tequila.
- In each glass, pour tequila mixture and top with hard seltzer. Garnish each glass with a grapefruit wedge.
