Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add milk and salt; stir constantly until boiling. Stir in oats, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and honey. Boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
4. Cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 3 minutes or until oats are cooked and tender; stir in apples. Top oatmeal with peanuts and garnish with remaining cinnamon.
