1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Add avocado, spinach, coconut milk, peach juice, honey, ginger and ice to a blender. Puree until smooth. Add kiwi and pulse just until blended.
4. Divide among 4 glasses. Garnish glasses with kiwi slices if desired.
