Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, garlic, lime juice, cayenne pepper and salt and ground black pepper to taste; set aside.
2. Preheat broiler.
3. Brush both sides of tortillas with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and broil for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Top one tortilla with some sour cream mixture, 2 tablespoons mashed avocado, 1 tablespoon seeded and chopped jalapeno, turkey and cheese. Place another tortilla on top and spread with some sour cream mixture and 2 tablespoons mashed avocado and 1 tablespoon jalapeno.
4. Top with lettuce, bacon, tomato and a few dollops of the sour cream mixture. Top with remaining tortilla and cut into 4 wedges.
