1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
3. In medium microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/3 cup chocolate in microwave oven on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; stir in chili powder, cinnamon and remaining chocolate until melted and smooth. Makes about 1/3 cup.
4. Dip chips halfway into melted chocolate mixture, turning to coat both sides and allowing excess to drip off; place on prepared pan and sprinkle melted-chocolate half with salt. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until set. Makes 32 chips.
