Cut cantaloupe topped with thinly-sliced prosciutto, mozzarella balls and garnished with mint leaves

Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Cut cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Remove cut into 12 wedges and remove the rind.
4. Place 3 melon wedges on each of 4 plates and evenly top each plate with prosciutto mozzarella balls. Garnish with mint leaves.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle over each salad and serve.
