Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
2. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, bring 2 quarts water to a boil.
3. Add meatballs, celery, onion, zucchini, potatoes, garlic, tomato sauce, beef bouillon cubes, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste; simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
