1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, bring 2 quarts water to a boil.
4. Add meatballs, celery, onion, zucchini, potatoes, garlic, tomato sauce, beef bouillon cubes, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
