1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large bowl, combine mangoes, jalapeño, onion, bell pepper, garlic, cilantro, sugar and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
4. Add lime juice and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
