Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and rosemary. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish, skin side down, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour lemon mixture over top, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. If needed, coat grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium.
3. Place fillets on grill; discard marinade.
4. Grill fillets for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
