Italian Roasted Potato Salad

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, dressing, cheese, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste; toss to coat well. Spread out onto a large baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray and roast for 45 minutes or until tender but not mushy; set aside and let cool.
3. Place green beans in a steamer basket and steam in the microwave for 3 minutes or until crisp tender.
4. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, green beans, onion, tomatoes and olives; add additional dressing if desired and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
