1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a blender, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, dill and parsley; blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
