Hasselback Garlic Bread with Cheddar Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.
2. Wash hands with soap and water.
3. Line a baking sheet with a piece of foil large enough to wrap around the loaf of bread.
4. Cut vertical 1-inch slices in the bread using a serrated knife, leaving 1/4 inch intact at the bottom of each slice. Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Combine Cabot unsalted butter, garlic and salt in a small bowl and brush mixture in between each slice and on top of the loaf.
