Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water.
3. In a large bowl, add avocados; sprinkle with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and gently mix to combine, mashing avocado as you mix. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
