Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large bowl, add avocados. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
4. Add remaining ingredients and gently mix to combine, mashing avocado as you mix.
5. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
