Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, vinegar, 1 teaspoon Steak Seasoning, basil and mustard in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Set aside.
4. Brush tomatoes lightly with additional olive oil. Sprinkle with remaining 3 teaspoons Steak Seasoning.
5. Grill tomatoes on one side over high heat, 3 to 4 minutes. Turn tomatoes over and grill 2 minutes longer.
6. Top tomatoes with slices of mozzarella cheese. Grill 1 minute longer or just until cheese is melted.
7. Place tomatoes on a serving platter. Whisk balsamic dressing; drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella.
