Grilled Mushroom Kabobs

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.

3. Alternate mushrooms, green pepper, yellow pepper, onion and tomatoes two to three times on skewers. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.

4. Whisk together oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and salt. Pour over assembled skewers.

5. Place kabobs onto grill over medium heat. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on both sides for a total of 8 to 10 minutes. Remove kabobs onto a serving tray and enjoy.
