1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Spread butter on outside of each slice of bread. Combine mustard and honey and spread on inside of each slice of bread. Layer cheese and ham between the mustard sides of the bread slices.
3. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add sandwiches and cook for 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn sandwiches over and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
