Ginger, Garlic, Miso Glazed Salmon

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat broiler.

4. In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, water, miso, ginger, garlic and salt to taste.

5. Place fish in a shallow baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Wash hands after handling raw fish. Spoon miso mixture evenly over top. 

6. Broil until internal tempature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit as verified by instant-read food thermometer, about 10 minutes, basting twice with miso mixture, during broiling.
