Note: Wash hands with soap and water.1. Preheat broiler.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, water, miso, ginger, garlic and salt to taste.
3. Place fish in a shallow baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Spoon miso mixture evenly over top.
4. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting twice with miso mixture, during broiling.
