Note: Wash hands with soap and water.1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, lemon juice, oil, red pepper and salt and pepper to taste; cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Using a slotted spoon, place shrimp in a large skillet and place over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 3-5 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Serve garnished with parsley or cilantro and your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
