DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
2. Cut peppers in half lengthwise, leaving stems intact; discard seeds and set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, jalapeño, garlic, basil and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spoon about 2 teaspoons cheese mixture into each pepper half. Place peppers, cut side up, onto prepared baking sheet and lightly coat tops with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown.
