1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked
2. Add the ground beef and all ingredients except the cheddar cheese to a large Crock-Pot
3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours
4. After it has cooked, remove the lid and add the cheddar cheese and continue to cook for 30 minutes before serving
