Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine sugar, water and cranberries. Cook, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes or until cranberries have completely softened. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve, pressing on cranberries to extract their liquid.
4. In a small bowl, add mint leaves and tea bag. Pour boiling water over top and let steep for 15 minutes; strain into a mug. Add cranberry mixture, gin and lemon juice and stir to combine; may need to reheat to warm it up.
