1. Wash hands with soap and water.

3. In a medium bowl, using a fork, coarsely mash avocados with lemon juice and garlic.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
5. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour to allow flavors to blend together.
