DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave. Stir well and add cream and vanilla.
2. Sift confectioners sugar into a mixing bowl and gradually beat in chocolate mixture. If the mixture is too stiff, add a little more cream.
3. Press into a shallow buttered tin and chill until firm.
4. Cut and Serve!
