Directions1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Wash hands with soap and water.
3. In food processor, pulse crackers until small crumbs form; transfer to wide shallow dish. In second wide shallow dish, whisk eggs; in third wide shallow dish, place flour.
4. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in flour, then eggs (allowing excess to drip off) and then into crackers to coat, pressing lightly to adhere. Place coated chicken on prepared pan.
5. Bake chicken 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer. Serve tenders sprinkled with herbs, along with dipping sauce, if desired.
