Directions
1: Wash hands with soap and water.2: Rinse all fresh produce prior to prepping.
3: Combine ground beef, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, egg, garlic and black pepper in large bowl; shape into 4 patties.
4: Wash hands, again, with soap and running water after handling raw meat.
5: Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit in the center, as verified with an instant-read food thermometer. Note: Burgers can also be grilled or broiled. Simply verify doneness with thermometer as described above.
6: Top with cheese, cook until cheese is melted and remove from heat.
7: Place burgers on rolls and dress with remaining Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and red onion, if desired.
