  1. Wash hannds with soap and water
  2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
  3. Skewer each toothpick with 1 Havarti cheese cube, olive and folded up slice of prosciutto, set aside.
  4. Layer ingredients in cups in this order: 2 tablespoons mixed nuts, 2 crackers, 8 grapes, 4 dried apricots, 1 toothpick skewer, 4 grape tomatoes, 1 folded slice salami, 3 smoked gouda pieces, 1 folded slice salami, rosemary sprig and 3 olives.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
