Buffalo Chicken Ciabatta

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, whisk in hot sauce until combined, set aside.
2. In a large plastic bag, toss together flour, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste, add chicken and toss to coat.
3. In a large heavy skillet over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add chicken and cook for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Transfer to a large bowl and pour hot sauce mixture over top, toss to coat.
4. Cut ciabatta rolls in half and top bottom halves with tomato slices, some arugula, chicken tenders, blue cheese and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Replace top half of ciabatta rolls and serve.
