Brown Sugar Apples and Ricotta Dip
Cooked apples and ricotta make simple, indulgent yet light snack or appetizer.

Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
2. Bring apples, sugar, orange juice, water and vanilla to a low boil in a large sauce pan.
3. Cook until nearly all liquid is gone, so apples look as if they are in syrup.
4. Place a spoonful of ricotta cheese on top of each pita chip, top with a spoonful of apples and serve!
