DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Butter the 4 slices of bread; set aside.
2. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, in skillet.
3. Top each slice with Brie pieces, sliced apple and cranberry sauce; drizzle each with 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar. Place other slices of bread on top, butter-side up.
3. Place a lid on top of skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3 minutes per side or until cheese has melted and sandwich is golden brown.
