Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In an old-fashioned rocks glass, combinesugar and water; mix until sugar dissolves.
4. Fill glass with ice and add bourbon and bitters; mix well
5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon peel.
