Blueberry Muffin No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine well. The mixture should be a bit sticky. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. When ready to resume recipe, wash hands again with soap and water. Use a spoon to scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into your hand. Roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.

4. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
