Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water. Rinse all fresh produce under cold running water and pat dry.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente; drain and rinse with cold water. Place in a medium bowl and set aside to cool to room temperature.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Add to pasta and toss until all pasta is coated well. Add bacon, tomatoes and cheese and toss.
4. When ready to serve, toss with lettuce.
