1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Use non-stick spray to lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan. Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil atop spray.

3. Combine remaining ingredients, except dried herbs for topping, and beat at high speed with an electric mixer for 60 seconds.

4. Scoop sticky batter into prepared pan, cover and let rise at room temperature for 60 minutes.

5. While dough is rising, Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

6. Gently poke finger all over the surface of dough. Wash hands after handling raw dough.

7. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried herbs of your choice and/or pizza seasoning, if desired.

8. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.

9. Remove from oven. Wait 5 minutes and turn bread out of pan onto rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
