Directions1. To prepare sauce, place ingredients into food processor or using an emersion blender, process all ingredients until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. To prepare slaw, toss cabbage, cilantro, lime juice and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.
3. Prepare fish by seasoning both sides of the cod with blackened seasoning rub. Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add fish and cook 3 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Slice and divide evenly into taco shells.
4. To assemble, top with cabbage slaw, add desired optional toppings, and drizzle with avocado sauce.
