Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a large stockpot over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add onions and cook for 3 minutes. Add ground beef and cook for 8 minutes or until no longer pink and cooked through; drain and return to stove. Add garlic, bell pepper, oregano, basil, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 4 minutes or until peppers start to soften. Add tomato soup, diced tomatoes and broth; bring mixture to a low boil.
3. Stir in pasta, cover, reduce heat and cook for 17 minutes or until the liquid has absorbed and pasta is al dente.
