Spicy Pulled Beef with Rice

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Place onion, bell pepper and garlic in the bottom of a slow cooker; top with beef and add liquid smoke.

4. In a small bowl, combine oregano, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt and cloves and sprinkle over beef roast.

5. Add tomatoes and bay leaves, cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender.

6. Remove lid, discard bay leaves and carefully shred beef using two forks. Add chili peppers, cover and cook for 1 hour.t

7. Serve over rice, garnished with olives.
