4 cups crispy rice or puffed cereal

¾ cup Big Y old-fashioned rolled oats

1/3 cup Big Y raisins

1/3 cup dried cherries

¼ cup sliced almonds, finely chopped

¼ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup Big Y honey

½ cup coconut oil

1/3 cup Big Y light brown sugar

½ cup no-stir natural almond butter

1½ tsp. Big Y pure vanilla extract

-Big Y no-stick cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl combine cereal, oats, raisins, cherries, almonds and sunflower seeds. 2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, coconut oil and sugar. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in almond butter and vanilla extract. Pour over cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated. 3. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray. Press mixture into pan until flat and even. Cover and place in freezer for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into bars. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
