10-oz. container hummus

8 fajita-size tortillas

8 Boston Bibb lettuce leaves

1 cup SuperBird rotisserie chicken, cut into strips

½ red bell pepper, cut into matchstick pieces

½ green bell pepper, cut into matchstick pieces

½ yellow bell pepper, cut into matchstick pieces

½ cucumber, cut into matchstick pieces

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Spread 1 tablespoon hummus onto tortillas; top each with 1 lettuce leaf. 2. Layer chicken, peppers and cucumber down the center of each tortilla. Add 1 tablespoon cheese to each and roll up.
