1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Rub lime wedge along the rim of a pint glass. In a small shallow bowl, big enough to fit rim of the glass, combine celery salt and cayenne pepper. Dip rim into mixture, turning to coat the whole rim.

4. Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce and pepper to glass; mix well. Slowly pour beer over top. Top with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
