1 cup Big Y white vinegar

1 cup Big Y cider vinegar

1 Tbsp. Big Y brown sugar

½ Tbsp. cayenne pepper

½ Tbsp. Big Y Louisiana hot sauce

1 tsp. Big Y salt

1 tsp. Big Y ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium bowl, combine both vinegars, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper; mix well. 2. Pour sauce into a jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid. Use immediately or refrigerate for 1-2 days so that the flavors will blend. Store for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
