Add All Ingredients

2 medium mangoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes

1 jalapeño pepper, minced and seeds removed if desired

½ small red onion, finely chopped

½ small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

½ tsp. Big Y sugar

-salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

1 large lime, juiced

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine mangoes, jalapeƱo, onion, bell pepper, garlic, cilantro, sugar and salt and pepper to taste; mix well. 2. Add lime juice and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
