3 15-oz. cans Big Y garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

1 Tbsp. Big Y pure olive oil

½ Tbsp. Big Y brown sugar

1½ tsp. Big Y chili powder

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. smoked paprika

½ tsp. Big Y garlic powder

½ tsp. sea salt

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

On a layer of paper towel, evenly spread out beans and dry with additional paper towel. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly spread out beans and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Once cool transfer to a large bowl and toss with lime juice and oil. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper; mix well. Sprinkle over beans and toss to coat well. Spread beans out on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for 30 minutes or until dried out and crunchy.
