2/3 cup water

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 Tbsp. Big Y sugar

11/3 cups Big Y semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 cups Big Y whole milk

½ cup whiskey

¼ cup butterscotch flavored liqueur

-Big Y whipped cream

-caramel sauce

DIRECTIONS

In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine water, cocoa powder and sugar; bring to a simmer. Add chocolate chips and milk; stir and heat for 7 minutes or until chocolate is melted and mixture is very warm, do not let boil. Remove from heat and stir in whiskey and butterscotch liqueur. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
