Add All Ingredients

1¼ cups Elmhurst™ Milked Peanuts with Chocolate™

1 cup Big Y canola oil

2 cups Big Y brown sugar, packed

1 tablespoon Big Y vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract

2 cups white whole wheat flour

1 cup Big Y cocoa powder

1 teaspoon Big Y baking powder

1 teaspoon Big Y salt

1 cup Big Y dry roasted peanuts, chopped

1 cup Big Y semi-sweet chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together Milked Peanuts with Chocolate™, oil, sugar and extracts until emulsified.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
4. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
5. Once ingredients are evenly mixed, fold in peanuts and chocolate chips.
6. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the brownies.
