1 1/2 cups Big Y® Reduced Fat Milk

2 cinnamon sticks

1 Bigelow® Benefits Chamomile & Lavender Herbal Tea Bag

2 teaspoons Big Y Maple Syrup

1/2 teaspoon Big Y Vanilla Extract

Big Y Ground Cinnamon for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat milk, cinnamon sticks and tea in a small saucepan over medium heat to just under a boil, stirring occasionally. 2. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract and warm for an additional minute. 3. Remove tea bag and cinnamon sticks before serving. Sprinkle with a dash of ground cinnamon and enjoy while warm.
