1½ cups Big Y sugar

1¼ cups fresh lemon juice

3 tsp. fresh lemon peel

3 Tbsp. cornstarch

4 tsp. orange juice

½ cup graham cracker, crumbled


In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together sugar, lemon juice and lemon peel; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. One boiling, reduce heat to low, whisk in cornstarch and cook for 4 minutes or until sugar and cornstarch are dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice. Serve warm over your favorite ice cream with a sprinkling of graham crackers.15
