Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 12 muffin tins with foil liners.

4. Place oats in a blender or food processor and pulse until oats are smooth.

5. Transfer oats to a mixing bowl and add in yogurt, eggs, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Mix with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined.

6. Add strawberries to mixture and gently fold in until evenly incorporated throughout.

7. Divide batter between muffin liners. Wash hands after handling raw batter.

8. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 15 minutes.
