Add All Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sesame oil

1 lb. lean ground turkey

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup fresh Big Y white mushrooms, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce

2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

½ tsp. ground ginger

-fresh ground pepper to taste

8 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves

1 small red bell pepper, sliced

1 medium carrot, peeled and grated

1 small red onion, sliced

-Asian dipping sauce (optional)


1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add ground turkey and cook for 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink. 2. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. 3. Add hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and pepper; reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. 4. Serve in lettuce leaves topped with some red bell pepper, carrot, red onion and your favorite Asian dipping sauce.
