Add All Ingredients

3 cups pineapple, diced

1½ cups mangoes, diced

1/3 cup hot pickles, minced

1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced

½ cup red onion, diced

¼ cup red bell pepper, seeded and diced

1 lime, juiced

2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced

-kosher salt to taste

-tortilla chips, for serving


1. In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients, except chips. 2. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. 3. Serve with tortilla chips.
